Description

Creamy Alfredo pasta with tender steak strips and tangy Gorgonzola cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. Cook steak in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola until smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss pasta in the sauce, top with steak, and garnish.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid overcooking the steak.
