- ½ cup lemon curd
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in egg, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla.
- Whisk dry ingredients, then gradually add to wet mixture.
- Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and add lemon curd indentations.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a torch.
- Cool slightly before serving.
