Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 5 large egg yolks
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Steep lavender in warm cream mixture for 20 minutes, then strain.
- Whisk egg yolks and honey, then temper with the warm cream.
- Cook custard until thickened, then chill overnight.
- Churn in an ice cream maker, then freeze for 2+ hours.
