Sweet, tangy homemade peach lemonade made with fresh peaches and lemons—perfectly refreshing for summer!
Ingredients

- 1.16 lb peaches, peeled and chopped (about 3 large peaches or 2 cups chopped)
- 2 cups water (for syrup)
- 1/2 cup sugar (or brown sugar, honey, or sugar-free alternative)
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 3 cups water (or sparkling water)
- Lemon slices and/or peach slices (for garnish)
- Fresh mint (optional garnish)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Make peach syrup: Combine peaches, sugar, and 2 cups water in saucepan. Boil, then simmer 5-10 minutes until peaches soften.
- Cool syrup 30 minutes, then strain into a bowl.
- Juice lemons (save zest for garnish if desired).
- In pitcher, combine 1 cup peach syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups water. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness/tartness as needed.
- Serve over ice with fruit slices and mint.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe, fragrant peaches. Adjust sweetness to taste.
