Description

A quick, savory skillet dish with garlicky cauliflower, mushrooms, and a hint of smoked paprika.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté cauliflower for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 4-5 more minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, top with Parmesan, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a splash of white wine when sautéing the mushrooms.
