Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté cauliflower for 5-6 minutes until golden.
- Add mushrooms and cook 4-5 more minutes.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, top with Parmesan, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a splash of white wine when sautéing the mushrooms.
