Fudgy chocolate brownies topped with fresh strawberries and a rich chocolate ganache.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Sift dry ingredients, then mix into wet ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Arrange strawberries on top.
- Melt chocolate chips and cream for ganache, then pour over strawberries.
- Chill for 1 hour, then slice and serve.
