- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in bananas and sour cream.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
- Layer half the banana batter in the pan, top with cream cheese mixture, then remaining batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas.
