Crispy rice paper rolls filled with savory Thai basil beef and bell peppers—quick, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  3. Stir in Thai basil; let cool slightly.
  4. Soak rice paper in warm water for 10-15 seconds.
