A luxurious seafood lasagna with shrimp, scallops, and crab in a creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat (optional)
- 9–12 lasagna noodles, boiled or no-boil
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 cups whole milk (or half-and-half)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or thyme, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare seafood by thawing and chopping scallops.
- Make béchamel sauce with butter, flour, milk, and cheese.
- Cook lasagna noodles if not using no-boil.
- Layer noodles, seafood, ricotta, and sauce in a baking dish.
- Bake covered at 375°F for 30-35 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
Notes
Let lasagna rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
