A crisp, refreshing salad loaded with fresh greens, avocado, and a tangy Green Goddess dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of green leaf lettuce, chopped (45 cups)
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Green Goddess Salad Dressing (check sauce recipes category)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except avocado and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with Green Goddess dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Top with sliced avocado and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but undressed salad can be stored for up to 2 days.
