Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Place cod on the baking sheet and brush with glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  5. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, and lime wedges.
