- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place cod on the baking sheet and brush with glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, and lime wedges.
Notes
Best served fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
