- 1 cup cornmeal

- 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grits
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prep ingredients.
- Cook grits, then stir in cheeses.
- Coat catfish in cornmeal and fry.
- Sauté shrimp with seasonings.
- Make sauce with cream and Parmesan.
- Assemble and serve.
