- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with spices.
- Sear chicken until cooked, then slice.
- Make garlic sauce with butter, garlic, and cream.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Simmer broth with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cream.
- Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, chicken, and sauce. Garnish.
