- ½ cup flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt, then coat in flour mixed with paprika and garlic powder.
- Dip in egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Toss salmon in sauce and serve.
