- 1 cup Sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- Bake angel cake as per box instructions. Cool completely.
- Scoop cooled cake and roll into small balls.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry cake balls in batches for 2-4 mins until golden.
- Drain excess oil, then roll hot bites in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm with optional dipping sauce.
