Description

Savory and festive turkey stuffing balls with tart fresh cranberries, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sage, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add ground turkey and mix with hands to combine.
  4. Whisk eggs and broth together. Pour over mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Form mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on the prepared sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispier exterior, lightly spray the formed balls with cooking oil before baking.
