Savory and festive turkey stuffing balls with tart fresh cranberries, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cup Fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Sage, dried
- 1 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add ground turkey and mix with hands to combine.
- Whisk eggs and broth together. Pour over mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on the prepared sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier exterior, lightly spray the formed balls with cooking oil before baking.
