- 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened (full-fat)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in flour gently.
- Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes until dark golden.
- Cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours before slicing.
Notes
For best texture, refrigerate overnight.
