Description

A rich, creamy cheesecake with a caramelized top, baked in a loaf pan for easy serving.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened (full-fat)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Fold in flour gently.
  6. Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes until dark golden.
  7. Cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours before slicing.
