- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- ¾ cup (170 g) whole milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (106 g) brown sugar
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup (40 g) rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup (170 g) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (113 g) confectioner’s sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Grease a 9×9 baking dish. Whisk dry dough ingredients in a bowl.
- Warm milk and butter, then whisk in yeast. Add to dry ingredients with egg to form dough.
- Knead dough for 3-5 minutes, then let rise for 10 minutes.
- Mix cookie filling ingredients, then spread over rolled-out dough.
- Roll, slice into 9 pieces, and let rise for 60-90 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with icing and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and fresh yeast.
