Description

Fluffy cinnamon rolls stuffed with birthday cookie dough, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips, topped with vanilla icing.

  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup (170 g) whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup (106 g) brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup (40 g) rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup (170 g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (113 g) confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×9 baking dish. Whisk dry dough ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Warm milk and butter, then whisk in yeast. Add to dry ingredients with egg to form dough.
  3. Knead dough for 3-5 minutes, then let rise for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix cookie filling ingredients, then spread over rolled-out dough.
  5. Roll, slice into 9 pieces, and let rise for 60-90 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until golden.
  7. Drizzle with icing and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and fresh yeast.
